You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. The Service contains mature humor, suggestive content, and strong language. By using No Filter, you confirm you meet this age requirement and accept responsibility for the content you encounter.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: playing a party card game with consenting adult players. You agree not to:
The card content provided in the game is created by us and licensed for use within the Service. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish the card content outside of normal gameplay.
The Service includes mature humor that may not be suitable for all audiences. While we make reasonable efforts to keep content within community standards, humor is subjective. If you find specific content offensive, you can enable Family-Friendly Mode in Settings to filter out adult-themed cards.
Player names are chosen by users. We use a basic profanity filter, but inappropriate names may still appear. We are not responsible for names chosen by other players. If you encounter abuse, you can leave the room at any time.
We aim to keep the Service running but make no guarantees of uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
If you purchased the app from an app store, your transaction is governed by that store's terms. Refunds are handled through the store, not directly by us. The one-time purchase price covers all included card decks; we may add free content updates over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Filter Game and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
